Outpaced for course creators and coachesComing soon

Get your best lesson saved before doors open.

Outpaced would find who your program is for, then write the frameworks, reframes and enrolment posts they save and send.

the business idea you've mentioned at every brunch since 2019 is…

deinfluencing you from side-business advice that's wasting your evenings

"what if i'm not worth paying?" (ten years in the job, still asking on sunday nights)

  • The capable-but-stuck professional
  • The someday founder
  • The burned course buyer
  • The new coach with no clients

Who it’s for.

The people courses posts would be written for, one persona at a time.

  • The capable-but-stuck professional

Ten years into a career, sure they could charge for it, unsure anyone would pay.

  • The someday founder

Has mentioned the same business idea for years. Saves every "how i'd start" post.

  • The burned course buyer

Bought a course once and never finished it. Reads every comment before buying another.

  • The new coach with no clients

Trained, keen and posting into silence. Searches how other coaches found their first clients.

How it works here.

The same four steps Outpaced runs for apps, as they'd work for courses.

  1. 01

    Strategy

    Finds who'd enrol, and why

Outpaced would read Reddit threads, reviews, competitor sales pages and viral comments, then propose personas like the capable-but-stuck professional, each with dated evidence and a quote it actually read.

  2. 02

    Content

    Lessons, not income screenshots

Each carousel would serve one persona and one stage: get found, build trust, make the sale. Slides may only state your product truths, so no invented student wins or income claims.

  3. 03

    Distribution

    Posted where learners scroll

Approved posts would go out to your connected TikTok and Instagram accounts at each one's next free slot. Warmed accounts, run by a person who scrolls coaching content, help first posts reach real people.

  4. 04

    Routines

    A routine for launch weeks

Set a routine per account, say Sunday evenings in your timezone, and it would research, write carousels and remix viral posts, then queue them for you. Nothing posts until you approve it.

Reach people who've never heard of you with one idea worth saving.

  • Unfinished sentenceL1 · Top of funnel

the business idea you keep bringing up at brunch is…

Sells a feeling first. The half-sentence cover makes the swipe the payoff, and the program only appears after it.

Playbook · Unfinished sentence note reveal

  • Paper notesL2 · Top of funnel

my first client taught me a pricing rule that changed how i sell…

Borrowed authority from a real moment, not a credential. The rule itself lands on the last slide.

Playbook · My … taught me

  • POV storytimeL2 · Top of funnel

pov: you're the work friend everyone asks for advice, but you've never charged for it once

Names the expert who hasn't sold yet. The 'but' makes it a story, and nothing is sold on the cover.

Playbook · POV with a contrast

Show how you think, so the program feels like the obvious next step.

  • Apple Notes listL3 · Middle of funnel

deinfluencing you from the productivity systems you’ll abandon by march

Burned buyers distrust guru advice. Naming the usual mistakes, then the better move, earns trust without attacking anyone.

    Playbook · Deinfluencing / stop letting X ruin Y

  • Apple Notes listL3 · Middle of funnel

questions to ask before you buy any course, for your camera roll >>>

Speaks to the buyer who got burned before. Every card is useful even if they never enrol with you.

Playbook · Camera-roll reference (implied save)

  • Tweet screenshotsL3 · Middle of funnel

you're not bad at finishing courses. you just keep buying ones with no deadline

Absolves the viewer, then reframes the problem as format. A cohort or a coach is the quiet answer.

    Playbook · You're not X, you just...

Turn followers into enrolments when doors open, with no income claims.

  • Reasons whyL3 · Bottom of funnel

"who would pay me for this?" (me, the week before my first client)

A doubt the audience says out loud. The slides answer it; the program is one soft ask at the end.

Playbook · Quoted complaint on the cover

  • Apple Notes listL3 · Bottom of funnel

the stages of deciding to finally start the side business

Every stage is familiar to the someday founder. The final stage is 'i booked the call', the ask the hook promised.

Playbook · Stages ending on a synthesis

  • Paper notesL3 · Bottom of funnel

i dare you to message three people who asked you for help this year…

A dare turns a lesson into an action. The payoff is the first conversation; the program sits after it.

    Playbook · I dare you

FAQ

Not yet. Outpaced is built for apps today, and courses and coaching are next. This page shows how it would work: the learner research, the formats for each stage and the approval flow.

No. Carousels may only state your product truths, drafted from your website along with the claims you're allowed to make. If your sales page can't back a number, a carousel won't print it, and never-words are enforced.

Audience research reads the web and Reddit: it finds the communities your learners use, reads whole threads and checks every quote word for word. Each persona comes with at least three dated pieces of evidence from two kinds of source.

You could set a routine for the weeks before doors open: it would research, write and queue carousels for your approval, then post each at the account's next free slot.

Yes. It would publish to the TikTok and Instagram accounts you connect, your own included. Photos come from your library first, so your desk, talks and notebooks would lead, and you'd tweak any slide in the studio before approving.
